Payment Terms

All subscription fees paid to Trevidia LTD are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. Users are responsible for reviewing all service details before subscribing.
By subscribing, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept the features included in the selected plan
- You acknowledge that no refunds will be issued
- You authorize Trevidia LTD to automatically charge the provided payment method at the start of each subscription period.

Disclaimers and Warranties
Trevidia is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to maintain high availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trevidia LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Trevidia LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your access to Trevidia at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease. Any provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms, will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
Changes to The Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Trevidia after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
